Dr Simon Young is one of New Zealand’s leading orthopaedic surgeons. Not only is he the best at fixing broken knees, he has a reputation for having one of the most caring and considered bedside manners. Naturally the good Dr wanted to create his communication arsenal with his patients in mind. Clear, concise, professional and easy to understand medical information provides even the most nervous of patients with a calming and reassuring feeling.
